Welcome to Powys Citizens Advice, where our focus is on our clients as individuals.

We promise to give you free, confidential, impartial and independent information and advice. We also value diversity, promote equality and challenge discrimination AND we aim to provide the advice people need for the problems they face and improve the policies and practices that affect their lives.

Powys Citizens Advice is an independent, not-for-profit charity, supported by a range of different partners, specialist staff and trained volunteers without whom we would not be able to offer the quality service we do.

We are a member of the Citizens Advice network which provides an extensive online information system used to advise clients and also sets the standards of advice, training, and equal opportunities found within Powys CA and Centres across England and Wales.
